Overview
A premixed vial of BPC-157 and TB-500, the most popular recovery pairing. The idea is BPC-157 for local repair and TB-500 for body-wide recovery. Both are backed mostly by animal studies, and the combination itself has never been studied.
How it works
BPC-157 appears to boost growth-factor signaling and new blood vessels at injury sites. TB-500 binds actin and helps cells move into damaged tissue. They act on different pathways, which is the rationale for pairing them.

Reconstitution
Diluent: Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) — allows multiple draws from one vial.
- Wipe both vial tops with an alcohol swab and let dry.
- Draw the diluent, then inject it slowly down the inside wall of the vial — never straight onto the powder.
- Swirl gently or let it sit; do not shake. Foam can damage peptides.
- Solution should be clear. Cloudy, stringy or discolored = discard.
- This is a blend. The dose you enter is total blend; at an equal split, half is BPC-157 and half TB-500.
- Common mix: 10 mg + 2 mL = 5 mg/mL (500 mcg = 10 units).

Keep sealed vial in the freezer (−20 °C) for long-term storage; fridge (2–8 °C) is fine for a few weeks. Keep dry and out of light.

- A ready-made nasal spray version is also sold. Nasal absorption of these peptides has not been studied in humans.

Cautions
- Both components are banned by WADA.
- Both promote blood-vessel growth or cell migration. That is a theoretical concern with a cancer history.
- A fixed blend gives TB-500 daily rather than its usual twice-weekly schedule.
- No data in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
FDA & international status
Not FDA-approved
Neither part is an approved drug. Both were in FDA compounding Category 2 until April 2026, when their nominations were withdrawn. On July 23, 2026 FDA's compounding advisory committee voted 8–6 to recommend adding each to the 503A bulks list. A recommendation is not approval, and FDA's final decision was pending when this was written.
Regulations change often — verify with the FDA, EMA, MHRA, Health Canada, TGA and WADA before acting.

FAQ
Blend or two separate vials?
Separate vials let you dose BPC-157 daily and TB-500 twice weekly, the usual pattern. The blend is simpler but fixes the ratio.
Why is it called the Wolverine stack?
It's community slang for the hoped-for fast healing. It's a nickname, not a claim backed by studies.
Does the nasal spray work as well?
Unknown. There is no human data on nasal absorption of either peptide.
