GLOW

A three-peptide blend pairing the Wolverine stack with GHK-Cu.

Not FDA-approvedWADA bannedEvidence

Overview

GLOW is a premixed vial of BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu, 70 mg in total. It is marketed for skin and recovery together. No study has ever tested this blend; the case for it is built from each part's own evidence.

How it works

BPC-157 supports local repair and blood-vessel growth, TB-500 helps cells move to injured tissue, and GHK-Cu delivers copper and drives collagen signaling. How they act together has not been studied.

Evidence

2/5

No studies of the blend itself. BPC-157 and TB-500 are mostly animal data; GHK-Cu's human data is topical.

Reported benefits

Human data

Skin firmness & collagen

GHK-Cu improved skin in small human studies, but those were topical.

Animal

Tissue repair

BPC-157 and TB-500 sped healing in animal injury models.

Dose is of the total blend. If the vial is split 10 mg BPC-157 / 10 mg TB-500 / 50 mg GHK-Cu, 2 mg of blend gives about 285 mcg BPC-157, 285 mcg TB-500 and 1.4 mg GHK-Cu. Check the vial label for the split before dosing.

Easier numbers, add this much water:

Math only: concentration (mg/mL) = vial mg ÷ mL of water; units = dose (mg) ÷ concentration × 100. Always double-check against your own vial label and a clinician. This tool does not recommend a dose.

Reconstitution

Diluent: Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) — allows multiple draws from one vial.

  1. Wipe both vial tops with an alcohol swab and let dry.
  2. Draw the diluent, then inject it slowly down the inside wall of the vial — never straight onto the powder.
  3. Swirl gently or let it sit; do not shake. Foam can damage peptides.
  4. Solution should be clear. Cloudy, stringy or discolored = discard.
  5. This is a blend. The dose you enter is total blend, not any single peptide.
  6. The split between the three peptides matters for dosing. Check the vial label for the split.
  7. A faint blue tint comes from the GHK-Cu copper and is normal.
  8. Common mix: 70 mg + 3.5 mL = 20 mg/mL (2 mg = 10 units).

Storage

Powder

Freezer / fridge

Keep sealed vial in the freezer (−20 °C) for long-term storage; fridge (2–8 °C) is fine for a few weeks. Keep dry and out of light.

After mixing

~28 days

Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Never freeze after mixing. Keep upright, capped, and out of light.

Travel

Keep cool

Short trips at room temperature are generally fine for powder; keep mixed vials cold.

  • Avoid mixing with acids or chelators, which strip the copper from GHK-Cu.

Side effects & cautions

Reported side effects

  • Stinging or burning at injection site (from GHK-Cu)
  • Skin redness at the site
  • Head rush or tiredness (reported with TB-500)
  • Unknown long-term effects

Cautions

  • Contains BPC-157 and TB-500, both banned by WADA.
  • Theoretical concern with a cancer history: parts of the blend promote blood-vessel growth and cell migration.
  • Avoid with Wilson's disease or copper-metabolism disorders.
  • For skin alone, topical GHK-Cu has better evidence than injecting a blend.

FAQ

Is GLOW mainly GHK-Cu?

Usually yes, by weight. Many 70 mg blends are mostly GHK-Cu with smaller amounts of BPC-157 and TB-500, but check your vial label.

GLOW or KLOW?

KLOW adds KPV for inflammation. If you don't need that, GLOW is the simpler blend.

Will it work better than topical GHK-Cu for skin?

Unknown. Topical GHK-Cu has the human skin data; injected blends do not.
